So make bkb lv4 item and raise the price of recipe
And lower chance to around 20% e no mana
It can prevent multi for mana burn too

Let the % be same like now.. It will still have chance to make damage on target & can die.. Just depend on % & lucky.
I don't want to change agis bcoz we build agis not only for revive but also for Amor and magic resit too
If we change agis, AM and db user will be effected
Its make sense.. & will a lot people get revive Cheesy

Here's my opinion.. As noob AM player who plays on 2 last rd, I still have difficult to kill int hero..
However at lvl 4 up..
1. About Mana shield: When int have around 8K-10K mana, I must take turns around 4-5  to burn their mana first  to make 0 *in case if its constant get 300% mana burn from damage (If my damage around 600-800 at lvl 4).
This is not the end.. Bf works good still can waste my turns too..  Waste around 2-4turns.. Total. Around= 6-9 turns.. To kill rest int hp need around 3 turns on normal condition (if int bf not work & int hp around 3K). Total = around 9-11. See.. Of course AM should be easy to kill Int on Real DoTa. But not on WD, if only give assist,  AM so damn good to make Str or other Agi hero make 0 mana in 1 -2 turns only + dmg . But to mana burn Int hero.. Its so wasting turns.. Usually I let not to kill Int. Better looking to kill Agi, bcoz that's need less turns. Around 4-5 turns (if bf works) around 3 turns only (if bf not works)
2. About Items 3 turns to protec: see.. my suffer wasting turns for mana burns still not the end.. Cheesy.
3. About sunder, actually  now will more better, just left the enemy 50% that's sounds good news to Str & Agi. But when appears new spell : Reaper, it will be trouble.. Let's we seee on rd 62 Cheesy
4. Beside of that.. Agi still gambling with handling DR, its droppable when killed  Sad
8K gold for 1 DR, if handling 2 & drop both of them, its suck.. Burning gold 16K. Agi without DR on early games will cry.
5. Agree with u, when Int realize & knows if I have bkb & aegis, they will ask to their clanmates AM or Str who's handling diffusal attack me on 1-2  turns to make my mana 0. Its means my bkb & aegis will not work 100%. Rest.. Int will cast me spell DC or Gush till I die Sad   even when AM have spell resist 40%. Will die on 6-7 spell.

Webdota 2.0 Part III, which is the last part, it will be on AGI:

1. AGI heroes have 5% evasion and 10% crit (2x dmg) starting at level 1.
2. 2 points of AGI gives 1 dmg to AGI heroes (this shall cover #3)
3. Terror cost 200 mana but only reduce enemy armor by 85%, and takes no return damage. (so that deso 15% orb is a viable option)
4. Amending AGI heroes so that all AGI are interesting and attracting players:

Stealth Assassin
Uniqueness: 3 bonus damage per 3 points of AGI and deals extra 10% AGI as Pure damage.

Ursa Warrior
Uniqueness: 10% bonus damage for each consecutive attack up to 50% max, and 3 STR gives extra 1 dmg

Anti Mage
Uniqueness: Mana burn based on 200/250//300% of attack damage & 25% spell resistance (again, part I of my suggestion has mentioned reduction of spell damage, so there isnt need for super high resist)

Netherdrake
Uniqueness: Deal extra damage equal to 13% enemy health lost

Gorgon
Uniqueness: each stat (STR/AGI/INT) gives extra 12 mana, access to Mana Shield

Shadowfiend
Uniqueness: permanently gain 1 damage per kill and ignore 15% armor of enemy

Nerubian Weaver
Uniqueness: 15/20/25% attack twice with 1 turn, and full health regeneration at beginning of each turn (except under the effect of Shadow Word from Warlock, see Part II)

Bloodseeker
Uniqueness: deals 30% extra damage on enemy with 30/40/50% health, and full health restoration on each kill (except under the effect of Shadow Word) (the extra damage isnt much if you compare to Ursa's 50% extra damage)

OK, end of my webdota 2.0 suggestions~ Sadly no one is talking about the full set of suggestion T_T *walk away*

1. Remove Gold from clan job, remove army system. OR at least reduce the gold from it and reduce the cap of amt of the troops. That Gold from there is OP. This isnt how "teamwork" works, on who to take on which "job" to make clan rich. In such a battle game, teamwork should be on the battle, combat plan, not the "business plan".

2. As asked by McMaster, on how the formula of the spells should be, well I dont have the current formulas so I cant really tell. But my idea is, to make INT heroes' spell damage does slightly (10-20%) more damage than AGI/STR on the same level, and matching item, as spell cost mana. Eg.

INT hero level 1, say 40 INT (2 robes, 5400g) having 2800 mana.
Lightning Bolt, costing 250 mana (able to cast 11 times) = 50 base dmg + (40 int x 300% amplify) = 170 damage

vs AGI hero level 1, say 150 dmg (1 relic, 1 demon edge, 5100g).

INT hero level 2, say 60 INT (4 robes, 10800g) having 4200mana.
Gush, costing 400 mana (able to cast 10 times) = 120 base dmg + (60 int x 350% amplify) = 330 damage

vs AGI hero level 2, say 275 dmg (2 relic, 2 demon edge, 10200g).

*** i hope you understand my idea.

3. removed Sunder Health and Holy Light, INT heroes each have unique spells, and reworked on their uniqueness:

Holy Knight (please remember my part I said about removing "heal" from all heroes, except on Holy Knight and Warlock)
20/25/30% more healing
Level 5 spell: Hand of God, same mana cost with Death Coil, healing all teammates (200% of current heal) without spending turn

Ogre Magi
15/20/25/30% multi cast
Level 5 spell: Fire Blast, same damage & mana with Death Coil, but extra 20% chance (total 50%) to multi cast, and also stun enemy

Lina Inverse (no longer has Sanity Eclipse)
casting spell deal extra damage to physical damage
Level 5 spell: Laguna Blade, same damage with FoD but 10% lower mana cost (meaning she has a better FoD at level 5, beating other heroes getting FoD at level 6)

Silencer
spells deal 10% extra Pure (cant be reduced by any resist or uniqueness) damage
Level 5 spell: Last Word, same damage & mana with Death Coil, but deal 120% damage against INT and ignore Mana Shield enemy (yes, he is the anti-caster-caster)

Jakiro
1.5 bonus magic damage per INT
Level 5 spell: Dual Breath, 120% damage of DC but with only 80% mana cost of DC

Lich
30% more mana regeneration per cycle & 5 turns extra protection
Level 5 spell: Sacrifice, same damage & mana with Death Coil, return mana to Lich equal to 10% damage dealt and 30% extra damage on creep (my part I mentioned that spells are able to cast on creeps)

Obsidian Destroyer
Every spell casting has 40% chance to restore 10% of maximum mana pool
Level 5 spell: Sanity Eclipse, sama damage & mana cost with DC, and deal extra Pure damage equal to the difference between intelligence and leave cripple effect

Death Prophet
Decrease 20/30/40% mana cost
Level 5 spell, Lotus Swarm, same mana cost with DC, but 10% more damage than DC and heal 100% of the damage to self

Warlock (another hero that has "Heal" spell)
30% chance to bond on enemy when attacking with spell
Level 5 spell, Shadow Word, same damage & mana with DC, stop all health regen and heal on enemy for 1 turn (strategic hero for war purpose, that can heal and stop heal!)

All ur post to + Int hero, where about to +Agi??
Agi need some and more attention, coz agi really suffer.. On 2 last rd even, no Agi can get 10 rank.. Just INT & STR. This is just my noob opinion, just for good balancing on this game. Thanks Smiley
